4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in full before work begins.

We accept payments via Payoneer and Zyla.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Money-Back Guarantee Policy

We stand behind our services with a 6-Month Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if you do not receive the promised leads or results within six months of using our Lead Generation services.

Refunds apply only to performance-based services (e.g., Lead Generation).

5.2 Exclusions from Refunds

Change of Mind: No refund will be issued for discontinuing services due to personal reasons.

Grant necessary permissions for integrations and tools (e.g., ad accounts, website access).

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service effectiveness and void the money-back guarantee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, strategies, and marketing materials created by Falcon Technology remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not copy, resell, or distribute our work without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA. Any legal disputes must be filed in the appropriate jurisdiction.
